Registration for 2008-09
To register your student for classes use the following form. Please fill out the required information and click on the submit button at the bottom of the form.
Please fill out the form and submit it once for each student in your family you would like to register. (If you have four students you will need to fill out the form and submit it four times.)
Registration fee: $5/student or $10/family. Returning students registering by April 30th pay no registration fee.
